SEDAR:  (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval)

The SEDAR database contains hundreds of thousands of submissions in Adobe Acrobat format by public companies, and searches of the database can be made by company name, industry group, document type or date.

EDGAR: (Electronic Data-Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system)

EDGAR performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The database is freely available to the public via the Internet (Web or FTP).

SEDI: (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders)

SEDI is Canada’s on-line, browser-based service for the filing and viewing of insider reports as required by various provincial securities rules and regulations.
